Magnum Cash Advance and BVI
Date: Mon, 06/29/2009 - 21:33
Hello,
I am in the processing of paying back a magnum Cash advance loan that I took out of $896. I have paid back $371. My question is thier disclosure statement says that laws of the British Virgin Islands may be different than the state you reside in and that British Virgin Island Laws are "king" when it comes to any transaction with Magnum Cash Advance. Does this mean that they are ILLEGAL since they are making their home office the British Virgin Islands? What do I need to pay back to this company? Anybody have a similar situation?
Thanks.
