TX - too many pdl's

I have loans w/ Pay Day Max, Loan Point USA (Geneva Roth), Cash Net USA and Magnum Cash Advance. I am current w/Magnum, and made an arrangement with paydaymax, because they threatened to take me to court and said they filed a grievance against my ss number. I had to close my bank account due to the fees being too much, and I wasn't able to pay bills. Now the bank account is sitting with a negative balance. I'm a single mom with 2 growing boys. I need to get out of this cycle. When the pay day max repayment starts coming out along w/my current loan from magnum, i will be in the same situation - not being able to pay my bills. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Although Cash Net USA is a legal CSO in Texas, Payday Max and Geneva Roth are neither licensed as pdl not as registered CSOs and so Payday Max cannot sue you. However, you need to pay only the principle amount of the loan to the illegal PDLs and not interest and other finance charges.
