Payday Loan Help

Hello,
I have some internet payday loans and I want to make sure that I am dealing with some legal companies. The 3 internet payday loans that I have are:
Magnum Cash Advance: 896 dollars(which ends up being almost double after paying interest)
Together Cash: 500 dollars They are real hard to work with. Do they have a valid mailing address. I cannot find one.
Instantwages.com: 200 dollars
I live in SOuth Dakota which means that appears to be no limit as to what these companies can charge but I ma curious to know if these companies are licensed and legal and what my options are.

By the way, Have you closed your bank account yet or at least put a hard hold on the account to stop them from getting your money?
