Payday Loan help!!

Hi, like everyone else I am struggling in payday loan debt. The loans I have are from internet loans seeing as though in Pennsylvania storefront PDL's are illegal.
My question is that I am trying to find out the state in which 2 of my payday loans are licensed under. I've checked my contracts and I don't see. One of the loans (MYPAYDAYLOAN.com) is based out of Costa Rica! Is that legal?!? and the second one is from MyNextDayCash.com. In total I have 5 loans open and one (through checking out this forum) I have realized exceeded their maxium amount they were allowed to give me. It is based out of Delaware and the company is called Magnum Cash Advance. The two other companies are Intergity Advance and Signmyloan.net.

The laws have change in PA. When were the loans taken out?
Magnum Cash Advance does have a license in DE but they really located in the British Virgin Islands. You may want to try and fight that one.
I will look at the other ones to see if they are legal in another state.
