Magnum Cash Advance - There is conflicting information about whether they are legal or illegal. They are licensed in Delaware. Does this mean they are legal in any state that only requires a license in any of the 50 states to issue payday loans? I live in Tennessee and was told they are illegal, but TN only requires a license in ANY state, so it would appear they can legally issue payday loans in TN. Please help!
