Just got a response from the BBB for Magnum Z. I put down DEBT Doctors because I could not find an address for Magnum Z and this is what was said by Dennis Best at Debt Doctors.

Ms. ###### did not receive a loan from Debt Doctor. We are only a data processing center. She received the loan from Magnum Z LLC. If she would like their contact information, she can contact me, and I will provide it to her.

Anyone have the information for Magnum Z. so I can file again. I am not going to call them as they suggest. They will just harass me more.

i thought debt doctor and magnumz were about the same pdl.

Oh believe me I responded before guest even responded. (I do appreciate all the help) I even told them on my loan documents it says.

Magnum Z llc.
1-888-276-4189

Which is the exact same phone number for Debt Doctors. I let them know of all the emails and that they are the same company.

I also pointed out that on the bbb site debt doctors comes up as loans for the type of business not date processing as stated in his reponse. I also said the he can email me or provide the BBB the contact for Magnum Z if they are indeed two different companies. There is no reason I should have to call them.

This is the response that I just got from bbb after I sent them info. stating it they are the same company.

Complaint Case #: ####
Consumer: #####
Business Name: Debt Doctors

Per your request, we contacted the above-named company in an effort to resolve your dispute.

Because the firm has indicated it will not make an adjustment to satisfy your complaint or needs additional information, this case will be forwarded to the BBB's mediation service in an attempt to resolve this dispute. A mediator will contact you. In the interim, if your complaint has been rectified, please contact our office.

If your dispute is not resolved in mediation, both parties or the BBB may wish to consider binding arbitration as an avenue to resolution. If you are interested in pursuing this option, please contact the BBB's Dispute Resolution Department.

Does anyone know what happens now? I also got an email from DENNIS BEST stating my account was marked PAID in Full and that further collection actions have been cancelled and that was all he was authorized to do. Then he marked [Spam] in the title which just means he does not want me to email anymore.

I asked him for the number of the loan company because he still says debt doctors is a data processing and not a loan center. We will see if he answers.
