Now what?

Hi everyone,
I sent my version of the letter asking each payday lender about my account, the validity of their business, legality of doing business with me in Wyoming, etc.
I got several responses, one of which was Vincent, which just called it good and cleared my account. But, Cash Call has sent me a fairly nasty letter telling me all this garbage about doing business with a Native-American business and given me until the 16th of this month to set up a payment plan that will start in January. They also have refused to communicate via email.
Horizon Opportunities responded and the guy said this in his email, "You are a citizen of Wyoming, however the contract was not made in Wyoming. The contract was completed via the world wide web, the governing law (clearly outlined in your contract) which you agreed to by your legal e-signature are the laws of the jurisdiction in which the lender is located." Which sounds to me like a lot of nothing, trying to confuse me into thinking it means something. The email stated I can settle for $300 but he did not include any kind of proof of who they are. I do not recall anything to do with Horizon Opportunities.
And, I am getting relentless collection calls at work and home from Alliance Asset Management. They did send a statement and it is for Cash Direct Express - GECC for $778. I have no clue who they are and plan to dispute the debt, in writing.
So, guide me where to go from here. I can not close my bank account, I am not the account owner and my husband and I are divorcing. I can't make any changes to the account either, like taking myself off the account because we have an active, legitimate, loan.
Any guidance is so very appreciated.

Tell them to go eat dog doo doo. Western Sky is an unlicensed tribal lender who charges over the 36% usuary rate for the state of Wyoming. Stay off the phone and stick to your guns....tell them you refuse to communicate by any other method.

Correct...they are just trying to confuse you.
Dear Horizon
I am not a member of tribe and have never visited your reservation. The only law I am subject to is the laws of my state...you know that as well as I do. I am sure my state AG's office would find your statements very funny ...
(If you owe principal, tell them you will pay it at your convenience. Otherwise tell em to get lost)

Alliance is a CA..send them a cease and desist letter ASAP. Cash Direct is a DE based loan and I am pretty sure illegal..what state are you in???

Talk to your soon to be ex and tell him the account has been compromised. Open a new account and move the active loan payments....it is done all the time.
Any guidance is so very appreciated.
