Well, you didn't provide us with enough information. Who's calling you? Can you provide us with the name of the company? Do you owe them money? I know it gets annoying, but you must at least give us this bit of information so that we find it easier to help you out of this fuss..:):)

If scammers are calling you time and again, then you can report the matter to FTC or State Attorney General. You can inform the local police station and the telephone company as well.

Hi,
Actually you need to provide more information on the person or company calling you. However, you can also send them a cease and desist letter and ask them to stop calling you and harassing you over the phone.
Thanks,

Have you ever taken out a payday loan anywhere? Many of these companies operate under several different names. I THINK that payday loans aren't legal in Florida, you can check your State laws on this site. Anyhow, when these people call you again, do NOT admit to owing anything over the phone. Tell them they MUST send you something in writing about this so-called debt. And if they don't do that, when they call up, tell them you'll report them to your State attorney general office and State financial regulatory institution, and hang up. And then you should report them to your State AG and financial regulatory agency.
