Can a payloan center collect on a defaulted loan in the US, under republic malta laws?
if the company is based out of Malta then they are illegal and w
if the company is based out of Malta then they are illegal and wouldn't be able to collect.
How much did you borrow & how much have you paid back? Chances are you have already satisfied the loan through the fee's alone.
