I have three payday loans. I am at the point where I am barely making it and unfortunately do not have room to paythem back. I regret getting monies from them. I am currently expecting and along with preparing for my unborn child I am being troubled with paying them. It is the loans that I was trying to pay back that I began the rut I am slowly trying to climb out of. They are saying that I need to make arrangements before legal action is taken. I reside in NC. The payday loan companies are US Fast Cash, One Click Cash, and Manhattan Processing. Can some one please advise me on what to do?

If you have paid them back beyond the prncipal amount borrowed, you do not owe them anymore money. These are internet payday laons and they're illegal in NC. You need to close your checking account asap and find another bank. There are posts throughout the forum on how to deal with illegal payday loan lenders. These companies can not sue you or send you to jail. Their threats are just to scare you.
