I have sent multiple e-mails to AWL asking that they send me a pif letter due to the fact that they are not legal in Missouri. Yesterday I received the e-mail below. Does this mean that I am paid in full with them?

I have frozen your loan, marked it settled and no longer eligible for new loans. We are sorry that you were not happy with the service we provide.

Thank you,

The fact that they use the words "marked it settled" would seem to indicate it's considered "paid in Full", even though they didn't use those words. At least that's the way I would interpret it.

No matter how you look at it you don't owe them anything else! And I am sure you cried when they told you, you would no longer be eligible for more loans from them in the future..
