Hi I was wondering if any one knows how to explain to me in simple terms Mass State Pay Day Loan Laws.Thanks
From what I understand, payday loan companies must be licensed.
From what I understand, payday loan companies must be licensed. They can charge up to 23% and a $20 admin fee . . . . Most payday loan companies will not lend for those low rates, so most payday loan companies won't operate in Mass . . . .
