Massachusetts gives Mobiloans the boot

I got this from Mobiloans today.

Something is going on but nothing in local news.....yet


As a valuable Mobiloans customer, we would like to keep you updated on changes to our product. Unfortunately, Mobiloans will temporarily not be lending in the state of MA. As a result of this change, effective August 22, 2013, you will be temporarily unable to make draw requests.

We anticipate resuming lending in your state in the near future. We will notify you as soon as our service becomes available.

If you need to access your account for any reason, you can continue to do so 24/7, just log on to My Account.

We appreciate the opportunity in helping you with your emergency cash needs and value you as a Mobiloans customer.

Are you still paying Mobiloans? They are tribal lender? How much did you originally borrow and how much repaid to date?

check your AG,OR DFI website.your state is most likely going after them so they are suspending their activity in MA for now.however tribal entities in the end will ignore cease and desist orders s they have in the past and continue to do so.please answer helpinaz's questions as you owe alot less if anything than you think.
