as if i didn't know better, i got myself in this situation again!
I'm having issues navigating the boads for some reason. i can't figure out which loans are legal in ohio. all are internet based, nothing storefront.
Maxlend - installment 750.00 loan paid 847.00
speedy cash installment 6-28 750.00 loan. paid 410.60
big picture loans 800 paid 359.10
Advance America installment 1000.00 have do search to figure out what i've paid. the original loan was less, then they let me borrow more, so i'm not sure.
Balance Credit serviced by promover, inc acting on behalf of bation fundion oh, llc. 800 loan paid 1762.20

would like input on what's legal and isn't. i'll close my bank account this week and send ach revocations, etc.....uggg i'm so angry at myself. i got this issue all cleared up five years ago and got myself back in the problem because of health issues and being off work.

all advice welcome

Big picture loans -Illegal
Advance America - Legal
Maxlend - Illegal

You need to pay only the principal amount to the Maxlend and Big picture loans. You have to pay the principal with interest to Advance America.

If you are working and earning a good amount, then I will suggest you take out one single loan (of course from an authentic lender) to pay off all the payday loan.

In Ohio, Speedy Cash, is a registered Ohio Credit Services Organization, operating pursuant to the Ohio Credit Services Organization Act. The actual lender is an unaffiliated third party.

Balance credit works as a credit services organization/credit access business that arranges loans issued by a third-party lender.
For Ohio, their credit services organization certificate of registration no. is - CS. 900215.000.
So, I believe they are legal.
