Clear Loan Solutions/MB Processing

I keep getting harassing calls at work from clear loan solutions. I need help with resolving this payday loan.
I took at a loan with MB Processing in June for 500.00. Repayment of 650 with interest. They have drafted 3 payments out of my account for 150.00 (refinance), nothing applied to principal. I received an email that MB changed their name to Clear loan Solutions. I decided that I am not giving them another dime. I have revoked ACH authorization. I have sent cease and desist letters to them, but they refuse to stop calling stating that the cease and desist does not apply to them because they are not a 3rd party collection agency. I called to see if they are legal in the state of Louisiana and they are not. What can i do to stop the phone calls and get them out of my life?

Yes, they are illegal. You owe them nothing more than the principal balance. As you have already overpaid them, so ask them for the refund. Close down your old bank account and open a new one. File a complaint against them to the SAG or FTC immediately.

This is correct. As for stopping the phone calls, you will have little to no luck. Just stay off the phone and don't let them trick you. Pick up the phone then hang up immediately so they get the message.
