My Cash Now

I took a loan out with My Cash Now about 3 -4 years ago. I sent them a letter after I found out that they cannot do business in Utah. I also put them on my bankruptcy. I got a call today from Nationwide Mediators? And they said that My Cash Now is still pursuing me and trying to take me to court. I gave the company my attorney's name and number. Can they still go after me? And do they operate under any other names?

If you've included the payday loan in your bankruptcy filing and
If you've included the payday loan in your bankruptcy filing and got a discharge from it, then you won't be liable for paying anything to the payday lender or the collection agency. You did the right thing by asking them to contact your bankruptcy attorney.
