Are any of these CSOs in MD?

I took out a total of 8 payday loans (Please, folx, don't judge me. I came across hard times). I reside in MD and need to know if these online PDLs are CSOs in Maryland. As of now, they are TOTALLY draining my account, and for @ least 4 of the accounts, I have already paid back more than the amount of my principle in interest fees. I have seen that if you live in MD, PDLs are illegal, but CSOs aren't. Also, do you have any suggestions on how to take on these PDL monsters? Don't get me wrong, I totally believe that I owe what was deposited into my account, and will take care of that, if I haven't already with the interest payments that they debited, but they are draining me and I really don't want to close my account. Also, does anyone know the process of placing 'hard blocks' on incoming ACHs at a banking facility?
