I have been following this form for a while a prior to writing this I have done the first thing suggested.
Contacted my bank about the charges.
I immediately stopped my direct deposit and closed my account.
Now I am confused about the next steps. I have 4 online loans (no storefronts) and I just want to pay only the amount borrowed.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you sure that those PDL lenders are illegal in your state? C
Are you sure that those PDL lenders are illegal in your state? Check the licensee list of your state in the following link: http://www.dleg.state.mi.us/fis/ind_srch/ConsumerFinance/Search.asp.
If they are illegal, then you need to send them a mail/letter/fax stating that you have revoked all ACH authorizations and wage assignments. Thank you so much for your quick reply. I cannot find the name of the actually companies so I tried one that was on my bank statement Kingston Financial and it cam back no users found.
