I can tell you that think cash is not a payday loan it is an installment loan and they are legal. You will have to pay back the original principle plus interest. You can search the other names on this website to see if they are legal or illegal. I believe Ameriloan is legal. I had a pay day loan with them, when my state changed the law making PDL's illegal, Ameriloan sent me an email stating they could no longer lend in my state.
