All are tribal loans except Opp loans. Hence most of them are legal. Since you have paid more than the principal amount, there is no need to pay anything more now. You should ask them to give you a refund. And, revoke the ACH authorization as soon as possible so that they can't debit your accounts further.

As far as Opp loans is concerned, you have to find out a way. You can try to settle the loan.

Just pay the principal amount to all lenders since they are illegal except Oppo loan. Pay principal with interest to OPPo loan. After that, you can revoke the authorization.

I would suggest you to revoke the ACH immediately. Then contact all the lenders except opp loans and ask for refund (though chances are less). Then stop making payment to Opp loan, and contact a reputed debt settlement company to settle that loan.
