I have 3 loans i got online. I live in michigan. Are they legal?

I cant seem to get ahead and feel like im drowning.
Can they call my work?


In general, payday loan is legal in Michigan.

Silver cloud financial - Tribal loan company
Usually, tribal loans are not legal in Michigan.

In case of illegal loans, you're supposed to pay just the principal amount.
No, your debt collectors can't contact you at work if you've not given permission to do so.

You're drowning due to the high-interest rates on the loans. Nothing else. Take the following steps to save yourself:

1. Revoke the ACH authorization so that lenders can't take money from your bank accounts.
2. Ask for a refund if you have paid more than the principal amount.
3. Threaten to take legal steps if the lenders harass you at work.
