I have several internet payday loans. They are as follows:
- Midland Financial
$300; $90 rollover fee
Have had acct since July 2008
- Pack Management dba BLS
$300; $90 rollover fee
Have had acct since July 2008
- Integrity Cash Advance
$200: $50 rollover fee
Have had acct since June 2009
- Everest Cash Advance
$300: $90 rollover fee
Have had acct since Novemeber 2009
Can you let me know if any of these are legal? I am anticipating sending them ACH Revocation letters if they are and working with my bank on blocking their ACH's from being withdrawn.
Thanks in advance!

I will research them but you should know if they aren't licensed
I will research them but you should know if they aren't licensed/legal an ACH block is only a temporary fix, illegal lenders change their names and debit huge amounts from your account, they also sell or share your information with other Internet illegal lenders.
You shouldn't send out any letters to these lenders until your account is closed, if you do they will go in and wipe out your account.
All of these lenders are illegal/unlicensed, nor are any of them
All of these lenders are illegal/unlicensed, nor are any of them CSO's. I would advise you to close your account, all of these lenders are known to have numerous alias's which they will use to debit your account. Banks can only do so much, they require a list of names and will only block the names on that list, if one of these lenders uses one of their alias' to take money from your account the bank can not stop them, this is why it's important that you close the account. Your account will never be safe again, it is now in the hands of criminals.
