Payday loan help Midland Financial

we are getting phone calls from a hanson law firm threating my husband with a warrant for his arrest if we do not pay midland more money i offered to send a money order to take care of what they say we owe and was told no how to pay with bank account number will not even send letter showing us why we still owe so much if not paid today they said they are serving us with a warrant we do not know what to do we have no money to pay them or get a lawyer any help would be appreciated

debts are civil matters,and hanson is a law-breaking bottomfeeder.file a police report for the arrest threat.then file AG,AND FTC complaints against both the lender,and hanson.then ignore them as they can do nothing they threaten.

midland financial is calling and trying to collect on a payday loan i never received. the account the funds were sent too does not show any deposit or wire transfer on the date in question, how is this possible. i do not owe them money. i requested a transaction number and paper work showing i took out a loan and they refuesed. are these the same people california ask to cease and refrain from doing payday loans.
