Hi - I live in PA.
I had a pdl w/Midland financial about a year ago. borrowed $200.
repaid $900.before I finally stop the debits, now I have someone from Fidelis leaving messages every day - they want 200 some $ to settle this debt. any suggestions?
I have way more then settled this debt as far as I'm concerned

yes I have paid 3 Midland $900 on a $200 loan, and now I have this collection place Fidelis calling me and leaving messages and I just want to make sure that they cannot get anymore money and the laws in PA are vage and I'm not sure
where 3-midland pdl is licensed to let Fidelis know that I don't
owe anymore...

I live in Chicago and was wondering the laws in our state regarding pdls. I have one with midland financial and cannot find their website and will have to payback >400% for a 400 loan.thank-you

sperl, this is an old thread you commented on! i would start a new one so it will get attention, make sure to include your state in your new thread, as well as how much was borrowed and paid back (i realize you did that here, i just wanted to make sure you have complete information).
