I am on the verge of consolidating all of my payday loans, but I wanted to see if there's anything else I can do being that I don't even have enough money for a fax at the moment lol.
I currently, have 6 online payday loans, I originally had one that I needed to make rent about two months ago, and then I kept having to take out another to pay the other off and yeah....
Those loans are
Cash Net USA = owe 376 (finance charge 28)
Pay Day One= originally owed 500, now I owe 330 (finance charge chages by the day, but in the neighborhood of 100)
One Click Cash= Originally owed 360, now 260 (finance charge 60)
DJR group= owe 260 (finance charge 60)
Vince Enterprises= (these people never even contacted me but they still are taking money out, but apparently I owe 260 as well)(finance charge 60)
SalaryFast.com=Owe 274 (finance charge 74)

Now somehow, someway, I had been keeping afloat, up until last week when I got a little to overzealous paying these things off, and it resulted in going $230 in the whole with about 6 overdraft fees.

But I'm just curious on a few things, one i'm pretty sure DJR group and Vince enterprises are illegal, but how do I go about negotiating with these peope?

Also I have a totally other random question

About a year ago, I got a payday loan from husk hawk group, they kept debiting my account and I could never get ahold of them via there customer service number or there fax, but I found out when I checked my credit report that they're on there, is there anyway to get them off being that they are an unlicenced lender?
Thanks for your time

Minnesota has toughened the laws. Firstly, all lenders must be licensed. If they are not, you only morally owe them the principal.

Read this link.... http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/paydayloan/minnesota-laws-changed.html

Close your bank account ....that will be the only way to stop them from dipping if you have overpaid.

I looked at that before I posted this, but it wasn't much help
I lookee at the list of licensed lenders in MN ( I cant post the link?), there's several "Pay Day America, Inc"s on there, but not one of my lenders is listed under their own name and I'm prett sure a few of them have a licence
