I tried online
I tried looking online with the Department of Commerce and cannot find them. I tried repeatedly via email to contact anyone with this institution to update my information so I could pay my $400.00 loan. I never got a response, and I cannot find anywhere a physical address for me to even try and communicate with them. Today I get a phone call from a place called Global calling on behalf of Multisourceloan.com stating that I will be going to court, that charges have been filed against me unless I come up with $1400.00 on the spot by credit card. After I contacted Global now I have an ???attorney??? by the name of Phil Rosen (Rosin?) telling me that I charges have been filed against me, that this is my final notice, stating that they have verified my address (which I had already told them is not correct, but idk) to present me with a formal claim. States I must $1,400 in full with a debit or credit card when I call them or I will be charged the $1400.00, additional fees and attorney fees. I would like to know if this is legal and if Multisourceloan.com is legal in the State of MN. I am not refusing to pay the loan, on the contrary I have every intention of paying it off. But when a $400.00 loan becomes $1,400 plus is when I start questioning the legalities involved. Thank you for any type of information you can give.

Are you referring to MultiLoan Source? I can't find anything on multisourceloan.
If so, their email address is customerservice@multiloansource.com
Contact them directly to set up a payment arrangement.
They are not licensed in MN (whether it's multiloan or multisource). Ignore this jacka$$ who keeps calling you. They're trying to scare you.
If you cannot get in touch with the original creditor, don't worry about it.
It's an illegal loan.
