I'm currently a resident in Florida and have a few loans out that, I need to figure out the laws or what not in paying back or how to get money back that I have over paid. I currently have a loan thru mascot borrowed $500 wanting $578 back, and thru baside cash borrowed $300 now says I owe $630 and idealgelt $750..

Now with baside cash I have fully paid them off with them taking $90 out of my account every month, then I only had one payment left of maybe $70 and cause I missed a payment they now say the balance is higher? Can they do this? Also has been sending rude email's talking about my account has been handed my file for involuntary contractual enforcement, but won't tell me what this really means. Gives me the run around basically. I need to know what my options are being I'm in Florida an I've already closed my accounts.

all of these are illegal in FL.that being the case you only owe the principle and anything, and i mean anything debited gets deducted from that.go to the primer in soaplady's signature on dealing with illegal lenders.folow every step.chances are you overpaid unless the others beside bayside are newer, but you still don't owe more than the principle.

Follow the advice by paul and helpinaz have given you. I just want to add that when you file your complaints file them with the Florida Office of Financial Regulation, you can also file with the AG but they will just send it to the FOFR as that is the regulating agency for payday loans in FL. Don't let any of these lenders scare you since none have a license to operate in the state of FL there is absolutely nothing they can do to you. FL requires them to be licensed and under Florida's fair credit protection act without that license by lay the loans are then considered void and unenforceable.

I have been dealing with some rude lady with bayside cash, she just emailed me now stating We will be enforcing the terms of your contract that you signed (mind you it wasn't signed but done over the internet) A review has been scheduled. Good luck to you Ms. Burnett.

It has been back and forth with this lady an her rude emails threating me..

You can tell them whatever your little heart desires :) Seriously,
you can tell them your account is closed and have reported them.... this lets them know that you mean business...
