Back in February I started taking out payday loans to help meet some of the bills coming due. I ended up taking out 12, I feel like a complete idiot, but at the time I was desperate. I have continued to pay these loans, up until friday, when I just didn't have any funds to cover them. After looking at some of the posts on this site, I'm finding that most of the loans I have are illegal I believe, but I need to be sure.

The companies I have loans with that I'm sure are legit are:

Check Into Cash (legit)
Think Cash/Bank of Delaware (legit)

The companies I'm not sure about are:

500FastCash
Lakota Cash
OneClickCash
Payment Direct Online (only information I have)
SSM Group
Global Group Holdings LLC
Star Cash Processing
Integrity Advance
Eastside Lenders
Beacon Payday Lenders (I think - it just shows up as Beacon)

Can anyone tell what which ones are legitimate in MS? I also need to know what do I do next to stop the ACH Charges from coming out of my account. Please help me I'm close to a nervous breakdown and completely confused as to what to do,

Payday lending is considered as legal in MS. As a result, you will be liable for paying off the payday loan as well as the charges in full if the payday lender has the license to operate in your state.

As far as I know, 500Fast Cash, OnceClick Cash, Integrity Advance, Eastside Lenders and Beacon Payday Lenders are illegal in the state of MS. In order to get further information about them or file any complaints against them, you can contact Mississippi Department of Banking and Consumer Finance.

You will have to contact the bank customer service and request them to put a stop on ACH transactions. This will put any new ACH bills on hold.[LEFT]

All of the PDLS listed are internet loans. I have read the law in Mississippi, thanks to this site, and as far as I can tell none of these people are licensed in MS, other than the first two, Check into Cash and Think Cash. If I go by the MS Law, I have overpaid several of these places by a couple hundred dollars. Also I want to pay off the ones I still owe, but only the amount designated by the laws in MS. Is this possible? If I put a "deposit only" on my account, does that mean I can't take any money out via the teller, to pay my bills?
