only 3 are legal because in MS you have to pay in full at the end of the term. no rollovers or fee only plans or partial payments are allowed. my and my husbands whole checks are going to these and overdraft fees. I finally saved up enough to pay off my overdraft protection at the bank so i could close that account. bank allowed me to open a new account. I asked would attempts to debit force the account open again and was told no. Cannot close the account until Monday to allow debits to clear that were in process. I am waiting till Monday when the bank lets me know it is indeed closed to then to send each one the letter that revokes ach, wage assignment, and do not call.
Is it okay to fax or email this letter? What can I expect to happen next? should i call the legal ones (speedy cash, paydayone, cash transfer centers) and go ahead and ask for arrangements? How bad does it get, or do most of the companies actually email you information?
I live in Mississippi and some of the loans I cant even figure out just how much i have paid in fees alone. some of the ones I have are

thank you so much for the addresses! i am using this weekend to get all the letters together. I have advised my payroll dept that all heck may be about to break loose and they assured me they could do nothing without a court order or for student loans or the irs.
So i am thinking ignore the illegal ones until i get the legal ones paid then i will actually have to pay what i borrowed to all the others. Not as bad as it sounds bcause for some of them i have paid way more than i borrowed. I intend to ask for a refund like i have seen some people do. Not that I expect it, but just because I can. This site has given me courage. I have $25 dollars to my name but am happier than i have been in months bcause my next check will come to me as a paper check instead of direct deposit to my bank and I will have money to actually pay a bill. The next couple of months are going to be rough rough rough, but I see light at then end of the tunnell when for the past months all i have seen is despair and begging from friends and family. I havent told any of them the truth out of shame and since i have not been able to pay them back, i am ruining their trust in me. The thought of actually being able to pay my mom back has me in tears.

I had sagamore. Its been over 2 months since I closed my account and sent emails revoking ach and I have yet to hear from them.
I also have PayDayOne. You can log into thier website and under contact us is an option for late payment arrangements. They may not work with you until you are past due-they would'nt with me-but then they did work out payments. Unfortunatly the best they could do was 6 equal bi-weekly payments so since that was my largest loan the payments were still quite steep. I made a couple but then could'nt keep it up at that pace so now am just sending what I can.
