pay day loans in Missouri

I have taken out two payday loans in missouri one with UCL and OneClick. I have closed those accounts and after reading these forums Ihave read that pay day lenders in missouri must be liscensed. I can n ot find that In the links that were provided by some of the posters. Can someone direct me to that so I can include that in the email I'm sending to their compliance departments?
United Cash loans300 borrowed, have made 4 payments of $90.
OneClick-150 borrowed 3 payments of $45 made.
When they called me about returned payments due to account being closed and i mentioned the considering filing a complaint They would not talk to me anymore. What steps can i take now?
