I have two PDL and have been juggling them for about a year now. So, here's the info you all are needing:

I live in Missouri

Paydaymax: original amount $700 So far I've paid $610.82 in principal and fees. (with another $219.35 coming out on 10/30/09)

Cashnetusa: original amount $450 So far I've paid $135 (with another $123.75 coming out on 10/30/09)

Please help.

I guess if it were me I would do the following:

open a new account

change your direct deposit to go into your new account. Make sure none of it goes into the old account

Once your money is secure in your new account close your old account. Its seems that its easier to close an account when its not in a negative balance status. Make sure you verify with your bank ahead of time that once the account is closed that there is absolutely no way it can be reopened. I am not a fan of lying but I stated I am a victim of fraud (which isn't to far off). They worked nicely with me.

Email the revocation of ACH, wage assignment, and send Cease and Desist.

Be prepared to get an onslot of emails and phone calls. Don't panic, post here. They may say they are taking you to court or going to arrest you. They can't. You can't go to jail for not paying your bills.

I am sure someone else will have some good ideas. That is what worked for me. As far as repaying them, if you choose to there are DMP that do work well.

Another idea, use a prepaid Visa/Master card. That way they cannot take out anymore than whats on the card. Nice ting about a prepaid card is that they are not associated with a checking/savings account. But, please read the fee schedule. Some cards are better that others when it comes to fees.
