I have several payday loans about 5. I cannot make the payment anymore. I live in Missouri. east side lenders, upfront cash, fast & reliable cash, cash central and cashnet usa. I need help!

Are these internet or storefront companies? If they are storefront i would call and ask if they are willing to set up payment plans with you. If not, do what i did and contact a debt settlement company that will handle pdl. I went with Town and Country Acceptance in Birmingham, AL. look them up on BBB.org for all their contact information. Words of warning though: THe debt settlement company will tell you to NOT make anymore payments on the account and stop payments on any checks you have written to them. They are going to call and be annoying, but in my case, i settled with two companies myself and once i told the others(in writing) that i owed to stop calling me and my references and to refer all other communications about my account to t+c, things are looking up. I dont know of t+c works in missouri but i know that they work in alot of states and they are good people and very helpful and reassuring. Good Luck! hope this helps

I checked the payday license database of Missouri "http://www.missouri-finance.org/Contribute%20Documents/500list-3-09.pdf" and found only Cash Central to be licensed. So you need to pay them back the entire debt including the finance and interest charges. You can visit the link http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/paydayloan/illegal-pdl-dealings.html for more info on how to deal with the illegal lenders.
Can you tell us how much is your total debt with Cash Central?

I actually dealt with CashnetUSA last year and they actually allowed me to make monthly payments through my debt management program. It took a few proposals before they agreed upon an amount though. Just from reading other threads some people have had luck with them and others have not. How much do you still owe for them?
