One Click Cash licensed in Missouri??

Hello all,
I took out a loan for $400 with One Click Cash over the internet, while I was living in Missouri about 5 months ago. My first question is whether this company is even licensed or can legally operate within the state of Missouri? I checked the state website and did not see One Click Cash listed in the records of licensed/legal PDLs.
One Click Cash debited $120 from my account two weeks after I took out the loan, and I have not paid them anything else since then. My loan is now with their "Final Collections" department.
If they are illegal in Missouri, should I just pay them the remaining principal balance of $280 when I am able to, and send them a letter stating that I believe they are unlicensed in Missouri? The reason I ask is that including fees, they are asking for around $740 total.
I would appreciate some help from the experts here as to how you would approach this.

being as one click is MTE,and totally illegal you owe only the 2
being as one click is MTE,and totally illegal you owe only the 280.00.if you have an address yes send them the 280.00 when you can.yes include the letter as they are illegal and are entitled to nothing more than the 280.00.sounds like you got it covered.just follow through with that 280.00 when you are able.do not put off other bills,or put yourself in hardship over this.other things come first.
