I sent Nationwidecash a letter last week according to your template for unlicensed lenders. They called today saying they were going to prosecute me for fraud. They said I came to them and that I am bound by their country's laws and US federal laws not Missouri laws. Should I ignore them or get a lawyer? I filed a complaint with the Missouri Department of Finance.

Both Nationwidecash and 1800899cash are illegal in your state. Whatever Nationwidecash told you over the phone is the regular BS, illegal PDLs use to make the customers pay. Tell Nationwidecash that your states' laws prevail and if they don't send you the PIF as well as the refund of $186, you'll file cases against them with Attorney General of your state.

I have another question, I have been dealing with these 2 companies and Zip19 for over 2 years. I would take out a loan pay it off and take out another loan. I know it's a vicious cycle. I was wondering if I could ask for all the money that I paid over all the loans. In the past 2 years I have had 6 loans with Nationwidecash and have paid over $2000 in interest, rollovers, and fees. I have my bank statements to prove it. Can I legally ask for all of it back?
