Hi, my name is Candie. I have 2 online payday loans. One is from CashNetUSA, and the other is from PaydayOne. I live in the state of Missouri. I am on Social Security Disability. My SS Disability check is a total of 1116.00 per month. With all my bills...house payment, elec bill, groceries, etc. I fell short on paying my bills and had to turn to payday loans.

I have been struggling terribly trying to make ends meet....between the 2 payday loans I owe 1088.00. $588.00 to payday one and 500.00 to CashNetUSA. Now I am dealing with NFS and rollovers on the loans with outragous refiancing fees.

My question is: In the state of Missouri, if I close my checking account, and give the bank a letter from me revoking any future ach transaction authorizations can I be arrested? If NOT arrested what can they do to me? I did not set out to fraud them in any way. I answered the loan application truthfully and have attempted to pay. With my health I can not go to jail and there would be no one to take care of my daughter.

I am scared to death!!! and in tears all the time! I am a single mother on social security disabilty and in very bad health. I have been so stressed out I havent been sleeping. I am an insulin dependent diabetic and my blood sugar is through the roof and I spent 4 days this past week in the hospital in ICU. :(

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

What should I do about my checking account? CashNetUSA took out an ach transaction this morning which left my account in NSFs. I have to make a deposit today before 2:00 p.m. or I will be paying overdraft fees. I have managed to borrowed (from a family member) enough money to deposit to cover the ach transaction of $238.42. But should I close my account. In two week there will be 2 ach transactions (1 from CASHNETUSA and the other from PAYDAYONE) in which I have no money to pay either one!
