This seems neverending

Ok, I have read multiple posts on how people have written letters and received pif letters right away. I tried going that way closing my accounts and not one of the lenders would agree to anything.
I have 4 legal loans and live in Columbia,Missouri
ACE 500
Cashnet USA 1200
Cash 300.00
Net Credit 1400
and the following illegal
Americash ( not sure if they are legal or not)
Cash Central owe 2000.00
Payday Max still owe 70 dollars on original loan
Fast Cash two payments left and they will be done.
American Web Loan they want 4 more payments of $180.00 to settle.
I really cannot afford this. The phone calls are neverending and im behind in my car payment house payment and other bills. I need this paycheck to play catch up on the bills for my house.
I will call the legal ones and tell them I cant pay this time, but they keep telling me they are sending me to collection. that means more calls. All I want is to pay them principal and interest but extend loan to just make one payment a month not 2. Has anyone had luck doing this?
As far as the illegal ones Im not sure what to do next. They all collect from a pre paid card so I would appreciate it if someone could let me know if you have worked with these companies and how can I get a paid in full letter from the.

Legal loans....call and set up an EPP, Extended payment plan.
As for the illegal loans, YOU are in control. Tell them how much and when you will pay and that you will pay them via money order only. If they dont like it, tough. Legally you owe them NOTHING. The loan docs are worthless...the loan is null and void. Morally you owe principal only...no fees, no interest. Pay it back on YOUR terms...if that mean $10 per month, so be it. They cant do anything to you. They may threaten to send you to collections....you have the legal right to cease and desist the CA.
Stay off the phone...use a call block if necessary.
