Email Adds for PDL'S?

Try searching their websites for email addresses. Since these are store fronts, I would recommend you sending them letters certified with a return receipt requested, via the mail.

i agree, since you have their physical addresses, i would mail them out certified. i actually would also call them and try to work something out.

I did call two of the three. Only Mr. Money was willing to hammer something out with me. The man I spoke with was actually very nice. CAP is unwilling until it defaults and QK is just plain stubborn. Does anyone know how fast registered mail goes? I think I might have waited to long to send it certified.

are they local for you? certified always seems pretty quick to me.. do you have numbers for corporate offices you can call?

They are local. I have no number for Quik Cash. I called MRM's and got ahold of the guy that was willing to work with me. I didn't have much luck with CAP- they only offered to extend it by 4 days. You'd think they'd rather have some money than a returned check. Hmmmm.

i had that same convo with my cable company, they would only extend it a few days!
but anyway, i hope that someone here comes along who can provide more advice, i never dealt with storefronts before, i know that if they are legal, there must be someway they can and will work with you.
