Is mobiloans legal in Pennsylvania ?

hey i took out a loan from mobiloans because off an emergency i borrowed 600 dollars and i have made 11 min payments to them over a hundred dollars each and i wondered what i should i do

You've overpaid as you've more than paid the original amount borrowed.
