Someone called me saying they were going to take me to court for a loan with Mobiloans that I owe. Mobiloans is not licensed in the state of South Carolina. Do I have to pay them back?

Not at all, you know about them right? They are illegal lenders in your state. So, how come an illegal lender can harass you legally? :)
Just pay back the principal amount, if you have already did that, revoke ACH authorization by calling your bank.

Mobiloans is a tribal company. So, you need to pay the principal amount you owe. Dod you repay the principal amount. If yes, then they can't do anything against you. They can't
take you to the court. If they still threaten you, then make a complaint against them to your State's General Attorney.

Next time you get a call from them, inform that you're going to take them to court for harassment. Tell them you're not afraid of meeting them at court. You're not going to pay a penny. That's all about it.
