Payday loan relief
I am now finding out payday loans are illegal in my state and have multiple payday loan relief companies calling me to promise they can wipe out all of the fees/interest on my loans by simply paying them the principal. What is this all about?

Loans finance rates
I read a viewer comment that their borrowed amount $250.00 from Clear Loan Solution and that company's finance fee charge on that small loan is $ 1125.00---that is robbery!!!!!! how can such company get away with its HIGH fee over a lesser amt. loan.
Clear loan Solutions
Hello I have just found this site and have taken out several online PDL. I sent a letter to all lenders and so far only clear loans has responded. I borrowed $450 and paid $240. I told them I will only pay what I owe in the form of a money order. They are insisting I pay $450 due to fees and interest and only through a prepaid debit card. I have 10 days or they will send it to colletions for the full amount of $750. I'm about ready to tell them to do that. I tried setting up payment arrangements when I fell behind and have received over $300 in NSF fees. What should I do? Also I will not be able to make a payment until the end of next month.
First off, what state do you
First off, what state do you live in? We need to determine if they have a license to do business in your state. If they do not, then this is an illegal loan and the only amount we will tell you to pay back is the loan principal, ie, what was actually put in your bank account, as you actually did have use of the money.
If Clear Loans is illegal in your state, since you borrowed $450 and paid back $240, all you would owe them would be $210. Speak with your bank, explain what is going on, and either get a new account (best move) or put a block against them once you are paid up. Possibly they could waive the NSF's, since they were unauthorized, but you will have to speak with them directly about that. Let us know what is going on!
