Mobiloans help

Hello,
I am new here and new to PDL's, however I am in desperate need of about $400 to get my life back on track. I have received a "pre approval" letter from mobiloan and was considering trying them out. On the site it shows a payment calculator and what my payments would be, yet I am skeptical. Does anyone have any experience with Mobiloans? I live in Mass and not sure what the laws are, but i do know that most PDL companies are illegal. My only real concern would be Mobiloans taking too much from account or screwing up my bank account in general. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated as I am minutes away from giving in and applying.
