Are these PDL's legal in New Mexico?

Are Money & More and ameriloan legal in the state of New Mexico? I looked up their information with the NM's licensee search and I couldn't find anything on either of them.
I am wondering if anyone with more experience can tell me for sure.

From reading some of the threads, I can tell that ameriloan is not legal. I can't find anything on money & more so hopefully someone who has dealt with them will be able to answer.
