I know that Cash America Net is a CCS in TX and PayDay One is registered, but nothing about Money2Advance as far as I've found.
My hours at work got cut. There's no way I can pay on these loans right now. Or even pay the byweekly fees, they're half my pay.
I read about closing my account, doing a ACH hard block by talking to my bank, or maybe even calling the payday loan companies to see if I can do some EPP (extended payment plans).
Can anybody give me ideas on how to proceed? Would really appreciate any help!!!

CashnetUSA and PaydayOne should work with you and give you an extended payment plan. Generally, they allow you to pay off your current amount in 3 to 4 payments with no additional fees added. Was money2advance a storefront or an internet lender?

I also couldn't find money2advance on the Texas PDL licensee as well as CSO database. Most probably, they are illegal in your state. You can put the ACH block on your account and make it a deposit-only account. Ask for an EPP from CashnetUSA and PaydayOne. And regarding money2advance, don't pay them a dime more than the actual amount borrowed.
