OK, so I found out CHECK 'N GO is no longer licensed in WA state. It seems they got in trouble here in WA at one point. Anyways, they arent legal here!

Well for Check n Go, if you are positive they aren't legal; CLICK HERE to find out how to deal with illegal lenders. The store fronts, my suggestion would be for you to ask them if they are members of the cfsa, if they are, request the EPP (Extended payment plan), this will allow you to pay these loans off in four seperate payments. It will also stop the interest from accruing when the EPP begins. You must ask for the EPP plan BEFORE you default on these loans.

Thanks! My only problem with the CFSA plans is that they have to be paid every 2 weeks don't they? Do you think they will let me pay just once a month?

PDLs aren't known for being more cooperative than they have to, but you could get lucky, so it's worth a shot to ask.
Unfortunately, PayDay Loans Equal Very Costly Cash so the legal storefronts will have to be dealt with on their terms because it is very easy for them to take you to local Small Claims Court.
Here is a thread on how to deal with the Illegal PDLs.

i live in wash state. check no go is illegal? wow! i didn't know that. is it loan by phone on the internet?
I double checked this on "https://fortress.wa.gov/dol/dolprod/bp
I double checked this on "https://fortress.wa.gov/dol/dolprod/bpdLicenseQuery/lqsSearchResults.aspx?SessID=8874" and I see a total of 33 business licenses in the State of Washington.
So I double checked the Washington Secretary of State website, and Check 'N Go certainly *is* licensed, so I'm not sure where you got that information.
The confusion is probably because they had a parent company called NWBM Capitol Corp. whose business license expired in 2006...
