PDL's in Iowa
Date: Thu, 09/04/2008 - 08:42
I've been reading the posts and am a little confused at how this site works. I have three PDL, all from three stores here in Iowa. I owe the following:
Advance America - $300/original loan was $500
Check into Cash - $300/original loan was $500
MoneyX - $500/none paid to date
The first two are from accounts I have now closed so they can't get $ from the bank. The third one is on a new account I opened about a month ago - I don't have the money in the account for them to take and Wells Fargo never pays, they always bounce.
I tried to call PDLassistance, but they say unless they are internet they can't help me because they are in Iowa. Not sure why, but they won't.
Any assistance you can provide would be awesome. Thx

You are going to need to work out payment arrangements with these companies since they are licensed and legal. Am I correct in assuming you have defaulted on these pdls?
