They charge you around 200-250 to set up the account , that must be paid in the first month. Then every month there is a 30 dollar fee that comes out of your monthly savings account. Unfortunately they figure out how long you will need to save to pay off those PDL's and they take all those 30 dollar monthly payments and want them paid before they start to even put any money away for your PDL account savings. So it may take 4 months or more before they even put 1 of your monthly payments into your fund to pay of the loans you owe. Thats the way I was told PDL assistance works. There are other companies though.
