Suze, no morons here, including you. Your lenders are illegal. The only ones you are morally obligated to pay are Star Group, owe $50.00 and WesternSky/Cash Call $2,420, you are done with Hydra, all others you are due a refund. Click on the sticky on how to deal with illegal lenders on this site.. Follow every step and keep us posted on your progress.

Don’t pay them an extra dime other than the borrowed amount. Just close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account. Ask them for a refund as you have already overpaid them.

I'm in Michigan as well and all your lenders are illegal. The state of Michigan is really cracking down on these illegal lenders. They've sent numerous Cease & Desist orders to these companies. Legally you don't owe any of them a dime..close your account and set up a payment plan to pay off the principal balance only. Be careful with Star Group, you may think you only "owe" $500 but that's not usually the case. A friend of mine had a $300 loan with them and they wanted over $1600 in return ...that's illegal by state of Michigan laws.
