I want to know if Jvc processing and midland finance are legal payday loan companies they are online loans,had someone call me yesterday and said I am a person of interest they were on there way to arrest me,say i owe them 800 dollars what should I do

both are illegal pdl's.i would file AG complaints as well as FTC complaints.also file a police report for the threat.you cannot and will not be arrested for owing an illegal pdl.make not of the number on your caller id and don't talk to them further.that is a favorite threat of a bottomfeeder.

Well, as far as JVC Processing is concerned, it is having F rating from BBB and there is no such specific information related to Midland Finance. I would like to agree with Paul and you can take necessary action against them if they don' t stop the harassment.
