What If I Can't Pay Them?

I paid off most of my payday loans with loans from relatives, once I realized the snowball was going to kill me. I have three illegal lenders that I just don't have money for. Zip19 $1500 borrowed/ $1800 due Unitedcashloans $500 borrowed/ 780 due USFastCash $500 borrowed/ $780 due I've closed the account. I've sent a letter revoking the wage assignment, ACH, check creations. I've talked to payroll (so humiliating). When Zip19 didn't get their wage assignment to go through, they responded to my letter and offered 7 equal payments via moneygram for the $1800. That's nice, but I don't have it. I have agreed to pay 2 different relatives $300 per month for 7 months. By honoring those loans, I cannot make other payments and make ends meet. How should I respond to Zip19? I have not heard from the MTE companies. Quite honestly, not paying those loans would make a dent in what they owe me for the fees and interests I've paid them over the last 2 years. I am a good, hard working, honest person, but I am in over my head. What should I do?
