Hello. I have many payday loans. Both online and storefront. I have been trying to read through these forums to figure out exactly what i should do. I Closed my bank account on Friday because i was not going to be able to pay the loan fee's and my mortgage. I decided to get my cash out and pay my bills. Now Im getting calls like crazy.

Here are my loans
Advance America 950.00 Paid aprox 1500.00 Store Front
Z-Cash 400.00 Paid aprox 800.00 Store Front
Freeway Finance 500.00 Paid 800.00 Store Front
Speedy Cash 850.00 Paid 600.00 Store Front
Ace Cash Express 800.00 Paid off once and reloaned. Paid 400. Store
Ez-Loan 700.00 Paid 450. Store
Cash Store 1300.00 Installment Loan(?) paid 900.00 Store
Check-n-Go 400.00 Paid 200 Store

Ameriloan 600.00 Paid 640.00 Online
National-payday-loan 200.00 Paid 90.00
Sagamore 300.00 paid 90.00
Your Choice Cash (EPP) 300.00 Paid 180.00

There are 2 more 200.00 but they were deposits made i dont have information on and those fees have not been paid. I dont even know who they were.

As you can see i got myself way over my head borrowing from one to pay another.
How do i get these people to work with me. I have seen alot of information on here in regards to online lenders and how to work with them. My biggest worry is the store front and you can see that is the majority of my loans. I am already getting harrased and told my checks will be turned over to Harris county for fraud and they are calling my job. My bank account is closed and I have opened another one. I want to work out paying these but i cant with those fees and interest charges. Also the checks being out there?
Do the payday loan consolidator work? I have talked to relief llc and they say they can handle both store and online. I talked to one other place and they do the online ones only. Need some advice before i decide to use one of those places.

Thank you for you help

Since you have defaulted on the store front lenders, this is what I would do if I were you, because you are no longer eligible for an extended payment plan (due to defaulting on the loans).

I would send all of them a letter (certified, return receipt requested). In that letter I would let them know you are enduring a hardship but will pay them back, just not all at once.

Tell them you will pay them xxxx $ (what you can afford) every two weeks (or whenever it's possible, monthly, weekly, etc.), with this letter include a good faith payment, via money order, do not use a check from your new account.

Continue to make these payments and keep very good records, copies, of all correspondence, to and from them. Even keep a journal of all phone calls you receive and who you spoke with, date & time, etc.

If they do decide to take action against you, by the time it goes to court you will probably have them close to being paid off. Make sure you make your payments religiously. A judge will see (if it comes to that), you were not attempting to defraud them and had good intentions of paying them back. That is what I would do.

I will address the Internet lenders in a moment.

Ameriloan 600.00 Paid 640.00 Online -They are not legal in your state and they owe you 40 bucks!
National-payday-loan 200.00 Paid 90.00 -They are not legal in your state, all you owe them is $210.00.
Sagamore 300.00 paid 90.00 - They are not legal in your state, all you owe them is $210.00.
Your Choice Cash (EPP) 300.00 Paid 180.00 - I could not find a license for them, nor did I see them listed in the CSO data base.
